Product Description
We take great pride in the sourcing of our items. They are unique and from around the globe, and as such this could mean the items have been hand finished and not mass produced or identical. As an example, ceramics may well differ from piece to piece as this is the way they are intended to be.
Care is taken to ensure our product descriptions are correct, and whilst the colour reproduction of the product is a close representation, we cannot take any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software, or the device you may be using.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund via email, within 14 days of delivery. You will have 14 days in which to return the goods to us, and they will have to be returned to us in the same condition as you received them - in their original packaging and at your own cost. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced. Please retain the proof of posting when returning any goods, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. ( we would advise taking out additional postage insurance with your provider )
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, please email us at info@styleattic.uk immediately with photographic proof. We can then either process a refund or arrange to send a replacement. (Cost of goods, postage not included)
